Our specialty coffee pods are certified 100% compostable*, single serve coffee pod for small-batch, specialty coffee. Our pods hold up to 40% more coffee than conventional pods and are sealed immediately after grinding for a fresher, better-tasting cup.
Our Costa Rica Medium Roast Coffee come from Tarrazu which is located in the southern Pacific region, south of the capital city of Costa Rica, San Jose. It is often referred to as the area where Costa Rican coffee was born. The high altitudes, volcanic soils, and abundance of shade all contribute to the distinct characteristics of coffee from this region. Our Costa Rica Medium Roast Coffee from Tarrazu is known to have a heavy body with a complex aroma.

Colombia has been producing and exporting coffee renowned for their full body, bright acidity and rich aftertaste, since the early 19th century. Our Colombia medium roast coffee is carefully sourced from farms between 1,300 to 1,700 meters above sea level. Because it is important to us your purchase contributes to sustainability projects in our Colombia farmer partner communities. These include rural school improvements, post-harvest training for specialty production, clean water access for communities and agroforestry improvements for farms in our supply chain. Our Costa Rica Coffee Light Roast, grows on 10 hectares of farm land which has volcanic soil and gets about 78 inches of rain each year. The micro-mill is owned by three brothers who grow our Costa Rica Light Roast coffee in the renowned Tarrazu region, close to the Pirris river, in a highland valley nestled in between mountains from the Talamanca mountain range. Fertile, volcanic soil and ideal temperatures make for great growing conditions. Did you know, Ethiopia is famous as coffee’s birthplace! Our coffee is grown in the Sidamo region of Southern Ethiopia the high altitudes of 1,550 to 2,200 meters above sea level. The plentiful rainfall and fertile soil makes the coffee grown in this region so remarkable. Our coffee is handpicked by landowners and their family. Coffee from our farms are also traditional and organic-by-default. The cup of our Ethiopia Medium Roast Coffee has fruity and clean characteristics, without any off-flavors. This delightful Honduras Dark Roast Coffee is grown on the imposing Santa Barbara Mountain in Honduras. The mountain is predominately a reserve of virgin forest declared a national park in 1987. Honduras is a small yet mighty coffee producer. The country boasts the largest per capita coffee production in the world. Our Strictly High Grown coffee (SHG) is grown on the mountain at an altitude range of approximately 1,650 meters above sea level from high end microlots. Our producing partners are dedicated to upholding their coffee-producing traditions, instilled by their parents and grandparents. Our Honduras Dark Roast Coffee originates from farmers who are 3rd or even 4th generation coffee producers. We source our Nicaragua medium roast coffee from the best farms at approximately 1,300 meters above sea level. Nicaragua is known as the land of ‘los lagos y los volcanes’ (lakes and volcanos) and has many coffee growing ‘pockets’ that few have heard of or experienced. At our family farms, coffee trees are shaded by native trees that keep the environment cooler, promoting slow, dense cherry growth. The result is a creamy and cocoa taste with a pleasant sweetness and citrus acidity in our Nicaragua medium roast coffee. Our Peru dark roast coffee is grown at extremely high altitudes approx. Peru is the largest exporter of organic Arabica coffee globally. 1500meters above sea level. Grown on organically farmed coffee plots less than 1 hectare with fertile soils helps our farmers produce the most stunning specialty coffee. You will be happy to know that our Peru Coffee is RFA Certified. RFA stands for Rainforest Alliance, a certification system that emphasizes climate-smart agriculture. RFA farms have at least 40% of land covered in canopy, significant species diversity (at least 12 native tree species per hectare, on average) and a system of natural vegetation buffers between agricultural land and bodies of water. The farms that grow our Peru dark roast coffee use organic fertilizers.
